Transcripts requests orders can be made in person (between 7:30 am to 1:00 pm in the main office), via email or mail (USPS). You MUST email/mail a copy of your license or state identification card to get your request processed. If NOT included, the transcript will not be processed.
The procedures for requesting transcripts are outlined below. Please read the instructions carefully, as there are different specifications based on your year of graduation.
Please be advised that all new transcript requests are now:
$2.00 per transcript for alumni. (1991 to last school year)
FREE for current students
Anyone who graduated in or before 1990 needs to contact the Miami-Dade County Records Room at 305-995-3289 or e-mail them at firstname.lastname@example.org to order transcripts.
